We had a great experience using Puerto Vallarta Babysitters for our recent vacation. Michelle was wonderful and very responsive in helping us find care for some additional time that we hadn't planned on. Maru watched our 2 1/2 year old daughter for three nights and she was amazing. She brought toys for her to play with each evening. One of the nights included Maru being onsite for a wedding. This was the first time we've ever used a babysitting service while traveling (and even at home) so were a bit worried but our kids took to Melissa well and we felt very comfortable after meeting her The whole setup was easy. I communicated with Michelle the owner of the company via email before I got there and also email and phone once we arrived. Payment was very reasonable and simple: dollars, pesos, or PayPal. It made things very easy. I was able to text the babysitter while we were out to check in on things so we didn't spend our whole time out worrying about the kids. We loved Puerto Vallarta Babysitters! All of the babysitters were extremely nice, great with the kids and spoke great English. We went to Punta Mita with two other couples and 6 kids total in our group. the kids in our group were all ages (1.5 yrs to 7) and they were great with all the kids. Puerto Vallarta Babysitters were an outstanding team to work with on our last vacation to PV. Michelle was awesome in rescheduling sitters around so that our last minute requests could be accommodated. The girls (Brenda and Paola) she sent were outstanding in every way. They all spoke excellent English, almost to a native speaker level, and were great with our kids. They did not just sit back and watch them or keep them out of trouble, but also actively engaged with them and made sure they were also having a great time (besides us). We were in Puerto Vallarta for a wedding at Hotel Playa Fiesta in February 2014, with our 3 kids (ages 7 years, 2.5 years and 5 months). The bride and groom kindly arranged babysitting - and they were wonderful! I wasn't sure what to expect and honestly thought I would depend on my parents (also travelling with us) to help watch the kids during the wedding reception. Not the case! Because of the babysitting service, we were able to enjoy dinner and the party afterward.
Two babysitters showed up promptly after the ceremony and introduced themselves. They both spoke perfect English, and were both students at a private university. In fact, one was actually an American citizen and worked for the airline we flew on. The babysitters watched our younger kids in our hotel room during dinner and the reception. Our older daughter stayed with us and joined the younger ones after dinner. The sitters came prepared with games and movies, and were able to get all 3 kids to bed. We felt comfortable since we were on the same property, and could check on the kids any time. I would highly recommend the service and would use them again.

I recently got married in Puerto Vallarta and my family used this babysitting service for my 2.5 year old niece with special needs. We had multiple events happening that week that would have been difficult for a 2.5 year old to sit through, thus requiring a family member to leave in order to watch her. My family was even able to take a whale watching tour, which never would have been possible without childcare. The sitters always came out to our resort on time and kept my niece entertained and happy, which can be hard to do. They even took her swimming, which she loved! I am so grateful that we hired Michelle and the other babysitters for our wedding trip! My mom, sister and I were able to relax, enjoy the day and the reception without having to worry! My niece was able to walk down the aisle as the flower girl and then go play with one of her new friends! I would definitely recommend using their service for any of your childcare needs.

Puerto Vallarta Babysitters provides an outstanding service. For four hours every day we left our two-and-a-half-year-old son with a sweet, energetic, experienced, and able babysitter with excellent (often native) English. We'd come back after a long walk on the beach, a massage, and a swim to find him playing happily. This made our vacation so much more relaxing: it gave us time to ourselves and allowed us to enjoy our son even more than usual when it was time for us to take over again. Highly recommended!

Puerto Vallarta Babysitters is Awesome! I contacted Michelle a week prior to arriving and let her know my needs. She was able to help on everything. Michelle sat with our son one night and Brenda spent the day. They were both great and our son had a ball with them. He is asking for them now that we are back home! Michelle also had some excellent recommendations for "family friendly" restaurants to take our little guy to. Barracuda was the best. She returned my inquiry call promptly, navigated the two different resorts we stayed at, offered great restaurant recommendations, and brought toys for my kids to play with and use the whole time we were there. She watched our kids four different times, and cooked dinner for the kids and put them to bed without any issues. We were initially hesitant to leave them with a complete stranger but I liked Michelle right away and felt totally comfortable with her. We were traveling to Puerto Vallarta with several other families for summer vacation. We had been struggling to find a nanny to bring with us for our kids (ranging from 8mo to 5 years). I found Puerto Vallarta Babysitters online and
was ecstatic! However, being a very protective mother and traveling abroad, I was very nervous. Our plan was to use the service at our villa only or have the sitter travel with us around town so our children were with us always. After
meeting Michelle the first time, I left her on the 4th floor of the villa while we (the adults) lounged by the pool. I was immediately comfortable with her. She is from the States and is fluent in both English and Spanish andvery professional! After 2 days, we left the villa and left the kids with her there. She gave us ZERO reasons to be apprehensive. My husband and I were extremely nervous when we found out we had to attend a family wedding in PV and would have to find a sitter.We found out about PV Babysitters and arranged for Michelle to watch our children during both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. These were both long events and would include feeding the children dinner and doing bedtime routines.
Right before Michelle arrived, our three year old started getting very upset that we were going to be leaving. I started
getting worried. But as soon as Michelle arrived, the kids were happy as clams. Michelle brought books and arts and crafts and the children had a really fun time with her. They didn't get sad at all that we were going out. Dinner and nighttime routines went smoothly and they went to sleep on time.
Michelle was friendly, professional, wonderful with the children, and we loved that she brought things to do with the
kids.My husband said, "she's the best baby sitter we've ever had!" and we're in a 13 member baby sitting co-op, where the moms are our babysitters!

My husband and I took our baby daughter to PV in June 2012 when she was 5 months old. We were
very excited to find a baby gear rental service in PV so we wouldn't have to bring all of her stuff with us. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Michelle at PV Babysitters. She always responded to our emails promptly and
professionally, and we felt from the start that her service would be a great one.
We ordered a Pack 'n Play, beach tent, and Jumperoo for the week, and Michelle included a
floatie toy for the pool as a freebie. When we mentioned that our room had no fridge, she let us borrow a cooler for the week, which was extremely nice of her! She delivered and picked up the gear without a service charge, and it was nice to get to meet her in person. She even gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities! Our daughter had a blast with the Jumperoo and floatie toy, and it definitely made our trip more enjoyable to know that our baby was having fun.
We plan to visit PV on a yearly basis, and will definitely plan to order gear through Michelle and PV babysitters again. Next time we'll probably use the babysitting service too, because we feel that Michelle is very trustworthy, and her rates are a lot more reasonable than what the resorts charge!

Two babysitters showed up promptly after the ceremony and introduced themselves. They both spoke perfect English, and were both students at a private university. In fact, one was actually an American citizen and worked for the airline we flew on. The babysitters watched our younger kids in our hotel room during dinner and the reception. Our older daughter stayed with us and joined the younger ones after dinner. The sitters came prepared with games and movies, and were able to get all 3 kids to bed. We felt comfortable since we were on the same property, and could check on the kids any time. I would highly recommend the service and would use them again.

I recently got married in Puerto Vallarta and my family used this babysitting service for my 2.5 year old niece with special needs. We had multiple events happening that week that would have been difficult for a 2.5 year old to sit through, thus requiring a family member to leave in order to watch her. My family was even able to take a whale watching tour, which never would have been possible without childcare. The sitters always came out to our resort on time and kept my niece entertained and happy, which can be hard to do. They even took her swimming, which she loved! I am so grateful that we hired Michelle and the other babysitters for our wedding trip! My mom, sister and I were able to relax, enjoy the day and the reception without having to worry! My niece was able to walk down the aisle as the flower girl and then go play with one of her new friends! I would definitely recommend using their service for any of your childcare needs.

Puerto Vallarta Babysitters provides an outstanding service. For four hours every day we left our two-and-a-half-year-old son with a sweet, energetic, experienced, and able babysitter with excellent (often native) English. We'd come back after a long walk on the beach, a massage, and a swim to find him playing happily. This made our vacation so much more relaxing: it gave us time to ourselves and allowed us to enjoy our son even more than usual when it was time for us to take over again. Highly recommended!

Puerto Vallarta Babysitters is Awesome! I contacted Michelle a week prior to arriving and let her know my needs. She was able to help on everything. Michelle sat with our son one night and Brenda spent the day. They were both great and our son had a ball with them. He is asking for them now that we are back home! Michelle also had some excellent recommendations for "family friendly" restaurants to take our little guy to. Barracuda was the best. We

My daughter keeps asking, "when can Michelle be our babysitter again?" I wish! Michelle was great! She returned my inquiry call promptly, navigated the two different resorts we stayed at, offered great restaurant recommendations, and brought toys for my kids to play with and use the whole time we were there. She watched our kids four different times, and cooked dinner for the kids and put them to bed without any issues. We were initially hesitant to leave them with a complete stranger but I liked Michelle right away and felt totally comfortable with her. We usually like to travel to different places each year, but honestly, our future vacation plans will be in Puerto Vallarta in large part due to Michelle. Thanks!!

Puerto Vallarta Babysitters was a great service for my 19 month daughter. We had someone come to our hotel room twice a day in order to have some couples time and it worked out beautifully. The caregivers were kind and played with my daughter. She did various activities with them and even learned some colors in Spanish. I highly recommend this service.

Michelle and Brenda are absolutely fantastic! They looked after our 4 young children while we had a grown ups night out. Before we arrived in Mexico I had looked into a few other babysitting sites, Michelle was the most prompt with her answers and so friendly and professional that I decided they would be the best agency to go with. At first I was nervous about leaving our children but Michelle took away any of my worries and concerns right away. They showed up with activities, movies and games for the kids and right away I could see they would be fine. We were traveling to Puerto Vallarta with several other families for summer vacation. We had been struggling to find a nanny to bring with us for our kids (ranging from 8mo to 5 years). I found Puerto Vallarta Babysitters online and
was ecstatic! However, being a very protective mother and traveling abroad, I was very nervous. Our plan was to use the service at our villa only or have the sitter travel with us around town so our children were with us always. After meeting Michelle the first time, I left her on the 4th floor of the villa while we (the adults) lounged by the pool. I was immediately comfortable with her. She is from the States and is fluent in both English and Spanish andvery professional! After 2 days, we left the villa and left the kids with her there. She gave us ZERO reasons to be apprehensive. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brenda who watched the kids on several occasions during our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend Puerto Vallarta Babysitters. The cost was reasonable, the service was fantastic and the girls were truly like 2nd mothers to our children. We will surely use them when we go back!

My husband and I were extremely nervous when we found out we had to attend a family wedding in PV and would have to find a sitter.We found out about PV Babysitters and arranged for Michelle to watch our children during both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. These were both long events and would include feeding the children dinner and doing bedtime routines.
Right before Michelle arrived, our three year old started getting very upset that we were going to be leaving.
I started getting worried. But as soon as Michelle arrived, the kids were happy as clams. Michelle brought books and arts and crafts and the children had a really fun time with her. They didn't get sad at all that we were going out.
Dinner and nighttime routines went smoothly and they went to sleep on time.
Michelle was friendly, professional, wonderful with the children, and we loved that she brought things to do with the
kids.My husband said, "she's the best baby sitter we've ever had!" and we're in a 13 member baby sitting co-op,

My husband and I took our baby daughter to PV in June 2012 when she was 5 months old. We were
very excited to find a baby gear rental service in PV so we wouldn't have to bring all of her stuff with us. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Michelle at PV babysitters. She always responded to our emails promptly and
professionally, and we felt from the start that her service would be a great one.
We ordered a Pack 'n Play, beach tent, and Jumperoo for the week, and Michelle included a floatie toy for the pool as a freebie. When we mentioned that our room had no fridge, she let us borrow a cooler for the week, which was extremely nice of her! She delivered and picked up the gear without a service charge, and it was nice to get to meet her in person. She even gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities! Our daughter had a blast with the Jumperoo and floatie toy, and it definitely made our trip more enjoyable to know that our
baby was having fun.
We plan to visit PV on a yearly basis, and will definitely plan to order gear through Michelle and PV babysitters again. Next time we'll probably use the babysitting service too, because we feel that Michelle is very trustworthy, and her rates are a lot more reasonable than what the resorts charge! Thank you, Michelle, for helping make our trip so easy and enjoyable!
