Raised in Miami, Michelle moved to Puerto Vallarta 12 years ago from Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Erik and their daughter, Sofia. The 2200-mile road trip from Atlanta to Puerto Vallarta and subsequent travel convinced her of a resounding need to find reliable and experienced babysitting professionals.
Michelle finished her undergraduate studies at Florida State University before receiving a Master of Arts degree in Latin American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Currently, Michelle is co-owner of a successful retail store located in Chicago’s famed Navy Pier.
Maru Gonzalez partnered up with Michelle in 2015. Maru's childcare credentials are extensive and varied. A mother herself, Maru has her teaching degree in primary/elementary education, opened up a certified day-care in California (1998-2010). In addition, Maru and her partners opened up a private school in 2015 in Bahia de Banderas. Maru is first-aid, CPR certified and absolutely adores children!
